I swear no matter the server, security is almost always ♥♥♥♥. Some rounds do stand out with some exceptionally good Sec, but for the majority of rounds, Sec is at best non-existent, or at worst, ineffective, incompetent, and part of the problem. Sec will often escalate situations drastically, drag out situations that could have easily been fixed, and prosecute over extremely minor things.
