i saw cities skylines has no workshop mods

I've been struggling with this problem for a month and I can't solve it in any way, I've tried all sorts of mods and ways. I made a complex underground crossing, and the Railway crossing does not work as intended. Anyone a suggestion how to find out (see) if a underground train connection works ? I bould the exact same crossing over Ground and rebuild it then underground, So in general the angles should work. The unfunny part is that over this railway i made a undewrground Highway Cross, Means every edit needs a half hour of redoing the highway part...

Hello, I've bought your game. But I'm still having major performance and fps problems. I'd still like to play it because at the moment it's gathering dust. On my other games, no performance problems. I don't want to reduce the graphics either, because if I'm going to play a version from the 2000s, ... I'm not the only one to have this kind of problem, I think. When are you planning a major patch for these major performance problems ? Thanks....
