Re-activating the Demo

Hello everyone,

We were planning to re-activate the Small Kingdoms Demo for an event next week, but thought why not just re-activate it now for anyone who wants to play something over the weekend

If you played the Demo before you might want to check it out again as it has a lot of updates including a new tutorial, improved UI and some gameplay improvements and fixes

We'll keep the Demo up for a couple of weeks, so play it while you can

If you experience any issues or bugs with the Demo, please let us know

We hope you enjoy playing the new and improved Demo

Translate

Are there any projects to translate the game into other languages? I'm from the Brazilian community and I was very interested in the game. I would like to know if there are any future plans to translate to Portuguese

Work Continues

Hello everyone,

Just thought we'd let you know that work is continuing on Small Kingdoms with a lot of improvements based on player feedback from the demo

Two areas we are working on at the moment are the UI and the onboarding tutorial for new campaigns

We're adding a lot more information into the UI to help players make decisions and the onboarding tutorial will guide players through the main functions of interacting with cities, constructing buildings, training units, creating armies and commanding armies

There is still a way to go before we get to 1.0 but things are moving along nicely

Hello everyone,

We recently put out a demo for Small Kingdoms as part of the Steam Next Fest and we've kept it up a bit longer to give more people the chance to play

We'll be taking the demo down soon, but you still have time to play as we'll leave it up for another week

Thanks to everyone who played the demo, wishlisted the game, and left valuable feedback

Unintuitive

Demo in its current state is exceedingly unintuitive, with little to nothing giving any explanation as to what it does or why. Income structures don't stack within the same city, or across separate cities, with no statement as to why. Cities are listed as having a higher power than an army of the same troop composition, but confers no actual defensive benefits. resolution problem

Hi, I tried to play the game but the resolution is all messed up and I can't see anything to even try to change the settings, is there a way to fix this?

Favorite New Game from Steam Fest!

Just wanted to say that while this game needs a lot of work, especially in the UI, I really enjoy it! So far, it's my favorite Steam Fest game that I didn't already have on my wish list.
