A journey of two heroes that will take you into unexpected journey and I mean unexpected by a big way. One of the great story twist reveals that will stay with you for a while.
Thus began my big journey into this missed out franchise. Great story development even for its time devs made the game so fluid and easy flow like every scene and moment will leads to more satisfaction. I just envy for the people who will play this games remake that will hopefully come to the west. Full remake from the ground up with a voice overs and new 3D land will be glorious view.
The game needed remake for sure not that it’s a bad game but not for everyone. Some long dialogue reading would scare off a lot of people so I can only imagine how good this will look in remake.
Very cool and interesting take on gameplay mechanic with interconnected diamond systems. You build up your own character by your own will. Not every skill suits for everyone but possibilities are nice. I now see how they can be even more flexible in nlatest games. The first start is very cool idea.
This game with the journey you take and see with them will never be blant. Its give you that feel of a tale you will be grateful to experience at least once.
Oh and the music….its Falcom. They never miss with the music like ever. It’s a charm to the heart and ears.

This is a good jrpg to play on the Steam Deck on the go and docked to TV. It took me a year to complete playing it off and on. The combat is good but I'll get burn out over time so I gave the game a rest. It was easy to pick up and play where I left off in spite not playing it for a few months. The cliffhanger ending making me to look forward continue with the second story.
