Something off?

Some one help me! I have an rtz 2080 and ryzen 5 3600 and, it doesn't matter how i put the graphic, the game still crash me.

I've noted 34/35 anomalies and just trying to find that last one. If you happen to know and can say so it's much appreciated. HARDCORE MODE is too hard to complete ! Why the water expand the room so fast ?

I bought this game yesterday, started it today and it is nearly unplayable, there are nearly no textures, everything is blurry regardless the settings. I´ve tried everything. I have no idea. PC hardware as recommended.
