Resolution/Ultrawide

I'm using a 3880x1440 monitor and it seems to put some of the display off the drawn panel, but there's no menu I can access. Is there a menu to change display resolution/mode at all, and does it just not have a shortcut key to launch it if the defaults have put the menu icon off the displayed window?...

Augean Sculpt-level (locked)

On planet 1 (and 2) the last level is locked. I can't find info (on WWW, planetiles wiki, steam discussion) on how to unlock these 2 levels. When do these unlock? Thank you.
