Added achievements
Improved support for high refresh monitors
Improved some UI and non-game screens on Steam Deck
Improvements to enemy AI at screen edges
Improvements to enemy AI when they get up from being knocked down
Support for more controllers
"Anti spam" improvements against bosses
Better enemy targetting
Improvements to how Dogai handles grenades
Smashing the jeep now drops pickups
Updates to ensure the good/bad endings always trigger correctly.
Prevent enemies with projectiles from shooting/throwing while partially off-screen
Fixed an edge case issue with the save states
Knocked down enemies now take damage from explosions
Throwing enemies into jerrycans now catches them on fire
Improved the controls screen
Improved the combat tips screen
Improved audio levelling and additional SFX
Improved flow when going back from the character select screen in story mode
Prevent a glitch where Diana could break out of her throw and get offset until hit
Fixed a major bug where Diana could get stuck unable to enter the boxing club on the first Australia level
Fixed a major bug where occasionally an enemy could get stuck in a knocked down state and not stand up unless hit with a ground attack)
Fixed a bug where an enemy could spawn on an incorrect carriage on the train and be unable to hit except with a bullet or with Devil/Fraka
Prevent the position of the boxer jumping after his tea break
Fixed a bug with the bomb collisions on the Jungle bridge
Fixed an occasional bug with one of the cutscenes
Fixed an occasional bug with the axe head obstacles on the train
Prevent re-entering grapple on an enemy immediately after breaking grapple if pushing towards the enemy.
New animals in the Jungle
New and improved boss dialogs/panels
New plane flyby at the start of the train level to reinforce the story
Improved Diana's throw speed
Prevent triggering score from coin pickups more than once if double pressing fast
Fixed several typos and improved UI layout
Lots of small bug fixes, and minor graphical tweaks and more...

At the Vault room, the items and their information appears even when I did not get them. Is that ok?

steam achievements.

this game desperately needs steam achievements. would love to see a set for it. Please devs add some, if you want help designing the set i am more than glad to lend my time.

DEMO UPDATE - Dev Log

Thanks to you all for your comments. We have uploaded a new demo with a stack of changes made, here are the highlights with more to come... - Pressing attack while holding down no longer triggers the backfist. We had a lot of people dislike this so we have changed it. - You can no longer spam with the backfist, enemies will react and block like they do if you spam the jab. - You can no longer spam OTG attacks to knocked-down enemies (with the slide, or back kick etc.) You can now land just a single extr...

Enemies still "slide" and don't walk

as per title. The walking animation is not fixed after the patch. 144hz display, rtx 4090 card.

i freaking love heroes from the golden age of comics or maybe before then but still, the Phantom is one of those characters like The Shadow or The Spirit, an Oldie but a REALLY Goody, the combat feels good and fitting for the beat em ups like Final Fight, Double Dragon, even the X-men Arcade Game, if you love old school superheroes that are probably decades older then you, you'll like this, only down side is the vehicle sections kinda blow
