In this unbelievably well-written and overall amazing piece of art, we follow a young Brillo calf and his mother in a science fiction documentary. Experiencing the journey of this little fellow from the intensely social, fictional species takes just an hour or two of your time – absolutely worth it! A fantastic visual novel. Seriously, give it a try.

Imagining different alien worlds is one of my absolute favourite fantasies. Although I often find myself disappointed in alien life that is clearly based off of real earth life, the presented realism and lore building was very good here. The more "grounded" approach to alien life felt great and the scientific relations to real species added a lot to this. The narrative felt like it could have been a Planet Earth episode, and the art really comes alive in the story. The interactivity was pretty limited, but I can't fault a free game for something like that.

This felt like "mission prep" for an upcoming expedition I was chosen for, the format is very novel and interesting to me. I imagine this was quite a bit of work for a solo dev, but building an interconnected encyclopedia in this style about an explorable game world including something like this in a game like Subnautica would truly be something.
