Hey everyone! We hope you are having a great start to your weekend. Here is a list of changes in the patch 1.0.10:

• Chinese (Simplified) language support.
  
• Upon first launch after this update, all players will receive a free gift pack containing 100 Iridium-148 - our virtual in-game currency. We want to thank everyone for playing the game and apologize for recent level progress wipe due to technical issues on our end.

• Double XP event from the last update has now ended.
  
• You will permanently receive double XP (50) for killing real players, and 25 XP for killing bots.
  
• There are now two different environmental backgrounds in the main menu which will load randomly every time.

In addition to the above changes, we have also made a number of small bug fixes.

We are dedicated to continue releasing updates in the future, primarily addressing the optimization issues, finishing localization for all text in the game, but also adding new exciting content. Thank you for staying with us!

Hey everyone!

Over the past few weeks, we have received a number of comments about lost progression from our players. After a thorough investigation, we found that player's save files very sometimes (in about 10% of the cases) corrupted during the upload/download process of Steam Cloud. As far as we understand, this is not a Steam Cloud's fault, but rather the encoding issue of the plugin we use for saving Player's data

In order to implement a more reliable save system, we have started to use our own servers instead of Steam Cloud, allowing for reliable save system across all of your devices.

If you made any real-money purchases in out in-game store, all of your purchases will remain. However, your level is going to be reset in addition to all of your weapon and attachment unlocks.

We are very sorry for this. This is our first multiplayer game and we are still learning about many things every day. This is why we have enabled a DOUBLE-XP period for the time being.

• Fixes for Spanish localization.
  
• You can now see a level progression UI on the Scoreboard during a match,
  
• Fixed an issue where some SFX were still audible even if you completely turn off volume in the settings.

In this regular update we have added support for Spanish. In addition, we have activated a double XP event for everyone - now you will be getting a double amount of experience for kills!

A very small, but important update, in which we've fixed an annoying bug which would happen intermittently for any user trying to join a server.

A small update today to address critical, but easy to fix issues:

• Fixed a bug with not being able to see and change resolution in the settings menu.
  
• Fixed tree colliders on Stronghold map.
  
• Fixed inability to slide on the ground if your crouch mode is set to 'hold'.
  
• Fixed Domination game mode flags being invisible.
  
• Fixed voice chat text not displaying certain characters.
  
• Fixed not seeing you Steam profile picture on scoreboard.

Hello there, we hope you've had a solid week and are ready to jump into the upcoming weekend! Update #1.0.5 for Zero Grounds goes live today, February 2nd 2024.

Here is what's new and fixed in this Update:

You can now rebind almost all game controls to any preferred keys.

We have upgraded our engine version from Unity 2021 to Unity 2022. Along with many bug fixes to the engine, Unity 2022 brings a slightly better lighting engine, making scenes brighter and crispier looking.

We have optimized bots to consume less processing power allowing for higher FPS, along with other small fixes. Needless to say, we are dedicated to increase FPS even more in further patches, especially for our beloved Mac users.

• Frag and Flash grenades: decreased explosion time from 3 to 2 seconds.
  
• M73: Increased vertical recoil and decreased Large Magazine ammo capacity from 16 to 7.
  
• Settings: added option to invert Y mouse look.
  
• HUD: you can now see how much experience you get per kill above kill notifications.
  
• Levelling: reduced the amount of experience per kill from 100 to 20. According to the feedback from our players, they could reach MAX level in about 5 hours of gameplay.
  
• BOTS: added the '[AI]' prefix in front of bot names.
  
• Gun Game: removed lasers and flashlights from random attachments pool to improve performance in this mode.
  
• Small improvements to various UI elements throughout the game.

• Fixed an issue when respawn UI disappears if a user enables text chat, making respawning unavailable.
  
• Fixed lasers clipping through walls.
  
• Fixed larger-than-mesh colliders on trees on Stronghold map.
  
• Other smaller bug fixes that we forgot to write down :(

In the near future, our top priorities will be:

• Improve optimization across the board for all platforms.
  
• Eliminate game crashes happening when you try to join a server.
  
• Sometimes, player's level is being reset due to encoding/decoding issue of save files via Steam Cloud. We apologize to players who lost all of their progress due to this bug, we are currently talking with Steam Support to resolve it.
