I think Death Train could use some touch-ups when it comes to where zombies spawn randomly. The ones coming from in front and behind aren't really a problem, it's a good level of difficulty- it's the train car stairwell spawns that are kinda ridiculous. You take the time to clear a car carefully top and bottom only to have fully alerted zombies spawn right beside you, more or less. The case I'm talking about specifically is when you've already cleared the top floor, but then zombies spawn up there and run...

Who would have thought extremely claustrophic linear spaces was a recipe for frustration in a zombie shooter. Absolute nuisance of a map

I'll say flat out, this game went from "just ok" AI to actually pretty impressive and reliable AI. But- there's a big issue with teammate bots, it seems. The game will crash straight to desktop with no error report after so long. This has been mentioned by others as well. It might only affect the high difficulty teammates, I haven't done much testing on this just yet....
