Ubisoft Connect is mandatory. Game is great, few lingering glitches. I'd recommend the title if you're able to play it on another platform, like Playstation.
Per Ubisoft Support Team: "Unfortunately, you will not be able to run Ubisoft games without Ubisoft Connect since the games were designed with the Ubisoft Connect Launcher in mind. So due to technical limitations it is not possible to launch the games without it, regardless of where the game was purchased from."

Very good quality game. Lots to do, good graphics, good story, good gameplay.
A little bit easy even on hard settings but eh.
Main story is fun, side stories are a fun too if you feel like assing around.
Taught me how to swear in spanish. COMEMIERDA PUTA DE MADRE'S!!!!
Some main missions seem to disappear though which is annoying and you gotta reactivate them in the journal as they no longer pop up on the map because sometime side missions overtake them which is annoying.
Overall would recommend. Solid 8.5/10

Finally wrapped up the story and while it's not my favorite Far Cry game, it's fine. The gun play and action are still enjoyable. The lack of manual save and 3rd person view in vehicles however was really annoying. Riding the horses sometimes made me damn near motion sick. If you like Far Cry in general and this goes on sale it'll scratch the itch. I think the overall game could have been shorter too. It drags in places and as I was nearing the end of the game instead of being excited about some grand finale, I just wanted it all to be overwith. Still though, I had fun for most of the time so going to give it a thumbs up.
