Preety great mod overall. Gameplay time about 3 hours. Level design is amazing visually, preety much on par with Valve's. There were many beautiful environments and clear attention to detail that went into this project. The authors take the already estabilished environment styles from hl2 and episodes, and build on top of it with creative use of existing hl2 assets to create amazing-looking environments. The gameplay is mostly really good, balanced and fun. The puzzles are mostly ok, but a few are the main gripes i have with the mod.

I think mostly the problem is the consistency of world interaction. The worst was, imo, having to shoot the fractured beam, similarly to the blow-through metal panel at the end of the vent - neither of which gave any indication that they are anything different than the countless similar looking pieces of decoration or obstacles around you in the level. Metal is mostly estabilished as not something you can break. The spark at the beam doesn't really help, with several other sparks used for decoration in just that place alone.

Another issue that I had were strange FPS drops (to about 20-30 fps) in many parts of the level. Often, those would be dependent on the angle I was looking. I have a relatively new PC and Source engine Games rarely run under 60 fps, so it feels strange.
