I saw the game had mostly negative reviews and recently released. Then I saw that this is from the Chinese users seemingly upset with the translation quality. Is this what happened or is there more context?

I have this game directly from JAST. Any idea why this one doesn't have a wide screen resolution for full screen when HOLLOW did? I thought this one is newer than HOLLOW?
