This was a great adaptation of a compelling story, and I feel like I should have paid a lot more for it than I did. It was a fairly long game and a labor of love, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys story-based games and/or quality historical fiction. The characters were complex and memorable, the voice acting was great, and somehow your decisions felt like they had weight even though the outcomes are obviously predetermined. If you can scoop this gem up on sale, definitely do, but imo it's worth whatever the original cost to support the studio and the folks who adapted this so well and lovingly.

I hardly recommend you to play this game!

Artsyle is amazing, its also an adaptation of an historical (medieval) novel but the game actually gives you the capability to change the course of the story. You play as multiple characters through the story, such as a very kind and virtuous monk Philip who tries to understand why world is actually so cruel. Then son of an outlaw, Jack who tires to find a place in the world... and so much more. And all these caracthers have a common point which is the town of Kingsbridge and the tragedy of its cathedral...

As i said even tho a point-and-click game i highly recommend this game if you like historical stories

I love this game so much!!! I didn't know anything about it going in and it has turned out to be the most amazing and moving story. I played it all in the last three days. I need to go read the book now but I might cry even more. 10/10 game

Это были самые прекрасные 17 часов моей жизни. Ещё бы паузы можно было ставить, между сценами, цены бы не было. Если увидите на счётчике больше часов, значит я начал перепроходить))

Good game, a solid, immersive and impactful story. It even managed to make me shed a tear, might pick up some of the author's books in the future. I would love to see the author's next book in the series gets another adaptation like this.
