The test kicks off on May 31, 2024 7:00 PM UTC for all servers globally and is scheduled to end at 3:00 AM UTC on June 2nd.

We have three areas we are focused on for this weekend’s playtest:

Latency: Last time we had some issues with players not getting paired up on their closest servers. We’re going to be trying out a solution this weekend.

Hit-reg: Last playtest you told us that there were some major hit-reg issues. We are tweaking a few things that should help improve your experience here.

Who needs their fix: We’ve had thousands of you requesting access to our next Alpha playtest after our last test on the 19th, and folks on our Discord have been asking about the next test daily. One goal this weekend is to see how many folks actually show up with their friends to play some Combat Champions!

A few hours before a server goes live, everyone who has requested access to our playtest on Steam will be allowed in to start downloading the game.
Once the playtest begins, we’ll open up the playtest so all your buddies can roll in, request access, and hop right into the action.

Please join us as we host our largest playtest session yet so that we can hear from YOU!

• The test kicks off on May 18, 2024 3:00 AM UTC. For the first 8 hours following that we’ll focus on the Asia Pacific servers.
  
• Then, on May 18, 2024 11:00 AM UTC, we’ll switch to the EU servers for 8 hours.
  
• After that, on May 18, 2024 7:00 PM UTC, we’ll focus on the US servers for another 8 hours.

This cycle will repeat for the following 24 hours.

If you’re too far from the primary region being supported, your performance might take a hit. Poor connections could even affect your matchmaking.

We’ll be monitoring where players are connecting from and working to mitigate any issues, but it might take some time for adjustments to kick in. If you don’t have a super-fast internet connection, try to play when your region is the focus.

A few hours before a server goes live, everyone in that region who has requested access to our playtest on Steam will be allowed in to start downloading the game.

Once all regions have access, we’ll open up the playtest so even your friends who are late to the party can join in. They can request access and get in immediately, at least until a few hours before the playtest ends.

All are welcome, but if you have been accepted into our playtest, please message C77_Dan with a screenshot of our playtest in your Steam game library. You'll then be granted the Alpha Tester role and gain access to exclusive channels where game content can be discussed and shared. We're working on better tools for role assignments, but we appreciate your patience while we get everything sorted out!
