Decent remaster of a pretty good old school fps.
Sadly the remaster could have done much more, like adding quick saves or pop up messages when finding a secret or a stat screen that also shows kills and which you can bring up easier than having to go into your pda.
Also I think this remaster is overpriced, especially since it doesn't do enough and the game is quite short.

Again, the game itself is mostly pretty good, except it has some annoying enemies, like the dudes who constantly throw grenades or the guys with the concussion rifles, the turrets or the fricking mines which the game loves hiding them behind a corner, a door or behind ressources where it's always a cheap hit. The game is honestly the most fun when fighting against the standard imperial troops.

Played the original Dark forces on the Force Engine recently, and I have to say this captured the look and feel of the original perfectly. There are some odd art glitches, I had a line of pixels that did not line up properly that Storm troopers would keep disappearing into and then reappearing. I would recommend this game.
