Ultra Mega Planet Battles (UMPB) is an intense arcade-style, space-based, twin-stick shooter. Players can play by themselves, or with up to 3 friends local co-op or Steam Remote Play (total of 4 players). Select your character, select and modify your ship, then get shooting!

New demo version that includes level 3

Hi all,

We have some exciting news!

A new version of the Ultra Mega Planet Battles demo is now available to download.

The new version contains the first 3 levels of the game. In level 3, you're controlling your Mech and escaping from the Brute base that was destroyed in level 2.

Also, the new version has a "16-BIT MODE" - toggle between a modern look and a classic 16-bit look. Start the game this way, or change mid-game in the pause menu!

We hope you enjoy the new version, and any feedback is very welcomed!

No KBM support on pc? what?

Ultra Mega Planet Battles requires a controller in order to play. Playing with a keyboard and mouse isn't supported. 1st time seeing this game, not sure if it is already out on some other platform/console but if it is coming to pc/steam I expect to support KBM....

We have some exciting news!

A new version of the Ultra Mega Planet Battles demo is now available to download.

The new version contains the first 2 levels of the game. In level 2, you now control a Mech that has jettisoned from your Raven ship.

Happy New Year and Quick Update

Happy New Year all! We hope that 2024 treats you and your loved ones well.

A quick update. We've been busily working away on the new version of the demo, which includes the 2nd level of the game. We're in the final stages of play testing and should be releasing the new demo soon.

We've also made some small improvements to level 1 that will be included in the new version.

We can't wait to bring Ultra Mega Planet Battles to market in 2024...it will be a huge year for us!
