Final boss

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I can't seem to beat the final boss "Mother of Immorality". Every time I take her down to 0 HP, she instantly regens back to max. Are we supposed to lose this fight and I'm just being too stubborn about not losing, or is this a bug, or am I missing something else here?...

Patcher keeps becoming non-responsive and freezing

It seems to freeze up almost right away and needs to be force closed. Is there a fix for this? I've run it 3 times and it keeps happening.
