Does the spell mod stat apply to any damage abilities that use SP? Regardless of whether it's a magic or physical ability?

Where i farm HS in dungeons i get a lot of gear but sometimes its difficult to find it in my intentory since there are like 50 slots taken for equipped gear and it doesnt look to convenient

I was in the Imperial Palace and thought I had looted two rare swords from two chests. The UI is horrendous - never even got to the dungeon might be fun if you have to take a day to figure it out
