Like learning Cover from Lord(Paladin) , then Change Major to Warrior?

So when should you change characters classes? What are the advantages/disadvantages?

Why do they replace the human translate on the PSP with machine translation???

I picked it up thinking it would be similar to Etrian Odyssey, while it seems to be on the surface, and I think I may actually like it, but, how are you intended to get started? Money seems impossible to make, the starting gear is... not sufficient, some of the monsters in the first room can one shot party members, forcing a load game as reviving costs money, and that's impossible to make, everything dropped is unidentified, getting things identified costs money, can't even sell unidentified loot. How do...
