I am selling off a bunch of payday 2 weapons from my steam inventory from dlc that I don't yet have. But I am curious what do the weapons in my steam inventory exactly do?

I've been using WolfHUD for years, but my chat keeps getting stuck on the screen and if I try to open it the game crashes. I even tried installing a "fix" mod for it and another mod to get certain elements unstuck, but neither of those worked. I would like a clean HUD that's similar in style and features, like showing buff icons, how many guards there are, the amount of loose vs tied up civilians, and how much loot (loose, bagged, unbagged, unopened crates, etc).
