You get a lot of bang for your buck with this title. It is just hard enough to be engaging, but not so difficult as to become stressful. Lot's of variety in what you do. Variety of different mechanics and exhibits. Can really make some cool stuff with decoration options. A solid management game. 8/10

I am a fan of the Two Point games. This one, though, has something extra that just won't let go of me. I feel like they finally found this great balance between the decoration aspect (necessary in this game) and the function aspect. The graphics are not impressive, but the aesthetic doesn't need them to be.

There are a few cons that, I suspect, will be worked out with DLC and patches:
- Only a few museums that really rely on you mixing and matching themes to go far with them. Generally there is a point where exhibits kind of cross-over themes (aquatic dino skeletons) to make it work.
- The speakers to add thematic ambiance default to prehistory. If they aren't going to default to the exhibits they are near, they should at least be groupable so we don't have to change each individual speaker. Or they should behave like color customized items and keep their sound profile when copied.
- I would like to see a way to create a room theme preset (floor, walls, sounds, accent colors for donation bins/info stands).

Given that I like aquariums, that has been the best part for me. I hope that the weird level of depth with that theme hints that we are getting a TP Aquarium and/or Zoo game in the future. Honestly, that would just be amazing and I can only imagine the weird animals we'd see.

At some point, the Two-Point team are going to face one of two paths.
A - They make Two-Point supermarket, and americans finally learn what Cheesy Gubbins are meant to be a stand in form.
B - Two-Point Park.

Untill then, this game has creepy dolls, dinosaurs, gnomes, amber, indiana jones "at home", a complete lack for yeti safety, and not a single wet floor sign around the fridge i have in my museum. You can tell they learned a lot from the other games. This is almost perfection!

This is my first Two Point game, as hospitals and universities don’t really excite me, but museums sure do, especially because there really hasn’t been a good museum tycoon game. From the sound of it, this the best of the three so far and I can believe that because this game is fantastic. Like Megaquarium, Two Point Museum threads that needle of being easy to pick up, but has enough mechanics to stay engaging throughout without being bogged down in micromanaging or getting too easy where you can shut your brain off. The different museum themes all bring different gameplay mechanics to the fore and they do some fun fantastical ideas with them, i.e. prehistory is the standard museum stuff, but supernatural has you have hotel rooms for ghosts where you have to fulfill their needs, marine life is essentially a simpler Megaquarium, Space exhibits have anomalies which activate if placed near smaller cosmic relics and other anomalies which grant benefits, etc. Game’s got a lot of goofy charm too, like how the plant exhibits can just turn guest into ♥♥♥♥ like vampires and clowns. The campaign is quite beefy, as it lets you go back and forth between the different themed museums with your progress carrying over. Took me like 40 hours to get 5 stars in every museum, though you if want to there’s a “post-game” where you can still get more stars for your museums. There are some hiccups here and there, like I’ve run into some bugs where guests just get stuck or an exhibit kept giving me an invalid placement prompt until I reloaded a save, but it’s not bad. Though I do wish there was a more manual save option, because it seems just runs on auto-saves. Two Point Museum has quickly become one of my favorite tycoon games, definitely check it out.

Until they do something about the Thieves, I am done.
I had 40-cops, most of them robot built but still had them in a smaller museum. Assigned to zones with multiple in each zone. Cameras, chairs. My camera cops had fully upgraded their camera skills. And the freaking thieves still stole an item that was 5-parts. Gone, never offered it to sell back to me. A trip that costs a lot of money to send people to and I need 5-parts to complete the exhibit. Couple minutes later, another round of thieves invades.
I realize you need some kind of action to keep people playing and active. The game gets a bit repetitive and thieves help break that up, but this is too much. Every few minutes I get another invasion of thieves. I cant play for trying to patrol my own museum, and then still loose a large exhibit. I have to quick save and if they steal something I reload and try to stop them (as long as the game as not saved over the ONE save file.) Not my idea of a fun game.
Frustrating, demoralizing, and feel like waste of time to even bother to set up nice exhibits if they only get stolen.

147 hrs in and I can confidently say Two Point Museum stands as the crowning jewel of the trilogy thus far. The development team has masterfully integrated lessons learned from previous instalments, implementing numerous thoughtful quality-of-life enhancements. As a devoted enthusiast of the series, I find this year's theme particularly captivating—finally allowing players to embrace their inner curator, crafting mesmerizing dinosaur exhibits while carnivorous plants add a delightful element of chaos.

What truly distinguishes TPM is its refined management system and the immersive experience it delivers. The gameplay flows with remarkable elegance, each element harmoniously complementing the others. The revamped skill progression system deserves special praise; gone are the days of mindless ability selection. Instead, players must now engage in strategic decision-making when choosing skills, crafting gadgets, and deploying assistive items.

I sincerely hope the developers continue to refine and expand upon this exceptional foundation. In its current state, Two Point Museum achieves perfection in my eyes —a genuine 10/10 experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to both series veterans and newcomers alike.

Highlights:
1. Excellent humour as always
2. Skills system and seamless system navigation
3. New game play and some returning

Only Cons:
1. Bug that devs are aware of (issue with helicopter and staff sometimes)

This is the best Two Point game. Somehow, they managed to perfect the formula. The expedition system makes the things you train your staff in actually MATTER - assuming you don't want to take any risks, which may result in permanently losing staff, FOREVER. And it's so rewarding hearing that fanfare as you unbox a Pristine Quality Exhibit. The amount of secrets and hidden things in this game are so charming too. The Prehistory Mystery Exhibits coming full circle to the (technically) final museum in the game (the Space one) is so charming.

Love this game. So fun, the interactions the people have with the displays and artifacts your people find on their outings. I have played all of the Two Point games and will play more.

By far my favorite of the Two Point games. They've basically improved all aspects of the system and built TP Museum. I'm enjoying this greatly. I highly recommend it.
