I finished the game once. When replaying for achievements it seems that doors are open for enemies (not for me though) and so I get swarmed with too many enemies in the cellar/sewer when I don't have enough ammo or space to fight them. Just a heads up. There are supposed to be 2 enemies down in the first section of the cellar, when I got down there during replay additonal enemies came out closed red doors, so I had at least 4 on me when going down the ladder, and no way enough ammo to fight them....
