Fix: USB devices connection fix and VHUSB server update

- The USB devices connection and reconnection from nofio device to the Valve Index has been improved.
- Fixed the re-connection error that affected the tracking devices getting started.

- VirtualHere server version update for the nofio head devices.

nofio Steam app update - v1.0.3:
- Alongside this release, the nofio app has an update for an error pop up from VirtualHere:
- Unnecessary VirtualHere error window pop up on device connections no longer occur every time it cannot use the nofio devices.

Good luck with that.....and it only works with one headset.....It might be acceptable as a universal model ...........but seriously? just the index....lol

It finally works!

Took several updates, a replacement Nofio/Index cable and forcing cables way harder into ports than I would like, but it actually works! I will need to check the various settings to see what works best, but I have played two quick games.

Are the people that ordered units ever actually going to get them?

Outside of a few influencer's no one seems to actually have a unit. I was a "first batch" purchaser and I didn't get one with those influencer's. At this point there's nothing showing nofio is anything more than a vaporware scam company.

Nofio for the Valve Index Software Release v2.4.0

Nofio devices software:

Feature:

- Nofio head unit now controls power to the Valve Index HMD and will power it depending if the nofio head unit is off/on.
This saves battery usage when users forget to unplug the power cable after finishing a nofio session.
Nofio head unit will power off the Valve Index HMD when powering off, and power it on once the nofio head unit has booted.

**This build also contains firmware changes to support future planned improvements for the re-timer.
