does this work well with quest 3? through steam? thanks

Can I change it so I have to push the stick forward instead of having to pull back on it? I do not see this option available? Every other game I have played has it so you push forward on the stick to move forward using teleport. Plus it just makes way more sense to push forward to move forward....

i cant find anywhere on how to also my game says im in the ground when i boot it up, any fix?
