I have been stuck on the ??? route for a while now. I have no idea how to move on. What am I missing? I have played through it several times now. Please help if you can!

So I already did all the routes from the guys, then Nao, saw the forgotten memories trying to espace, "escaped" only to wake up as Yumeko and to end up with Naomi telling me that she misses me. I'm trying to get the achievements: "Ow, my eye", "I can't believe you did that 100 times", "I'm fed up with you." and "Easter egg Hunter!". I already now that for "I can't believe you did that 100 times" and "I'm fed up with you." I have to close the game window when Nao tells me about me not being able ...

Can someone give me a hint on how to unlock it? I went through the game multiple times and tried everything I could think of: different choices combinations, reloading older saves to see if anything's changed after certain events later in the game, losing the rock/paper/scissors minigame, using character names when prompted for my own, making different wishes at the end. I don't think you can unlock the last memory/picture without losing all 3 hearts. Do we have to win the dice game?...
