So I'm genuinely not good at this game, but I'm having fun. Anyone got suggestions on improving my shelves? I've leveled up the food, but I'm not sure what I should be pouring my money into.

I just reached the second area, but I think I kinda wanna go back to the first store to work on it some more and unlock the rest of the customers. Do you have to wait until the end of the in-game year to go to a previous store where you already finished all the goals?...

I'm playing for the first time and don't understand the automatic stocking. It says "sold today," then "20," then "order." Does that mean it orders 20 of everything every night? It also says "Waste: 90%." That doesn't sound good at all. It would be nice if automatic ordering replaced only what was sold, but if that's what it does I haven't noticed it yet....

I saw a review and it mentioned there is no direct customer service. Like customers asking about products or trying to locate them around the store (which could also encourage you to swap stuff around) Are there plans to add it in some way (in CS 2)?

Like bomb threats, tornadoes, flood, jealous ex of the employees, or robbers?
