dont even think anyone can see this review, but this is peak FEAR. Game barely works, but once you get it working, it's a blast.

Good Expansion

This sequel is everything that the first part lacked. This is simply an excellent sequel that should definitely be played, it's tense and the story is good. It can be seen that this time the developers made an effort and removed the uninteresting wanderings in the corridors and inserted the excellent horror elements that appear through the gameplay. If you weren't satisfied with the first part, this one will definitely delight you, so I recommend it.

FEAR - Extraction Point is the immediate successor and expansion to the first game of the series.
Generally speaking, it is not a necessary component to the FEAR experience. There are minimal changes to gameplay from the first iteration, with a small smattering of new weapons sprinkled in.

While there are bits and pieces of interesting story, they are neither essential nor frequent enough to merit playing another 4 to 6 hours of what is effectively a carbon copy of the original with significantly less depth and thrilling moments.

This is also considering that the game is notoriously unreliable given it's age, and crashes often during level transitions.
