Using a GTX 1650, everything on highest settings, using the Improved Graphics mod by GPUnity with Borderless Gaming. Tried everything; different settings in the mod, tweaking in-game graphics, switching back to regular Fullscreen, using RTSS with in-game VSync off. Hell, I even tried using DXVK, all of these didn't work. I don't understand why this game is so loved today. everyone hated it the year it came out, no one accepted that it was canon. new gen brats are now saying it's the best arkham game or something. don't make me laugh lol
