I have played through this game multiple times and cannot come up with all of the clovers & ravens the acheivements say should be in game mode. I have followed the strategy guide & it shows the clover on the bookshelf two separate times but it is only there one time. It also shows a clover when you put the body in the coffin but it is not there if you wait until then to try & collect it. You can pick it up when you escape the coffin, however.
