I get the achievements in-game, but Steam doesn't see them. Something broken in the last patch?

Aside from having auto-updates turned OFF! This proceeded to update regardless (and without my permission) and then immediately my VC told me it was a virus. Whether this is a false positive or not, it is disconcerting to have something like this pop up over something I did not want to download....

I've found all but 2 coins in the coin hunt. Anyone have any idea which coins could be harder to find or have some kind of guide?

Can anyone tell me how to change res in this game. I don't know whjat res it is in but I can't even see the pen in the first scene I can get the ink but the pen is not in view. I can change to windowed mode but if I do the window is only showing the bottom half of the picture thew rest is above screen and the cursor clicks about 2 inches away from it's position and I can't drag the window down into frame. Really annoyed I wanted to play this. Also I have to use task manager to shut the game down....
