Hello! This update's quite big and has some major additions to it.

-Drops from chests that can be used like cards that give stacking bonuses, but have downsides

-relic 'Fuchsia Moon' Record reworked: chance to deal 100% chaos damage instead

-can switch gods once without penalty

-reduced enemy damage scaling from floors
-super champion enemies deal significantly less damage
-significantly reduced damage bonus enemies gain from perks

-active relics related to cards all have a CD of 1 room now
-relic "Trick Cards" has increased stack gain and scaling
-enemy healer now heals for a percent of enemy HP, but their global heal ability can't heal healers
-boss Synchron's swirl attack is easier to dodge

-trap Invincible Fairy has been reworked into an enemy mod: Cowardly (thanks XUV8R)
----------enemy takes 75% less damage while there are non-cowardly enemies alive
-enemy perk "Dark" effect is slightly more visible now (thanks XUV8R)
-enemy perk "Undying" only lasts 2 seconds now (thanks XUV8R)
-enemy Ghost in later stages has increased CD in teleporting and attacking (thanks XUV8R)
-multi-wave rooms destroy enemy bullets at the end of a wave (thanks XUV8R)

-can change frequencies while stunned

-fixed weapons being drawn over everything
-fixed slippery movement combined with recoil forcing you into a wall

-fixed Council Boss hands sometimes getting stuck in each other
