According to the description the game is cross platform and cross progress, does it mean that if i buy it on steam i will have free battlepass forever on mobile too? Will my mobile version account be upgraded?

Why is there an "error" when I claim my pass rewards?

Anytime I try to claim my rewards from the pass, it is like the game crash and I have to re-start the game. So if I want to claim all my stuff I have to close the game using "Alt+F4" bc it is not possible to close it from itself.
