I'm trying to get the final achievement for the Kairobot visitor. I have Chimpan Z as a guest and I have built the obsevatory per the wiki page. but he hasn't shown up. I haven't finished all the races races and I haven't built the second ramp, but that's pretty much it. What am I missing ?...

Had went to a save that had "season 3 month 11" showcased[was no autosaved] but with 450k, and the auto saved was "season 3 month 6" but had 1.1 million. I stupidly went to season 3 month 11" and when I realised it was the wrong save, I had to exit the game and relaunch it to get to the other save file.
