I want to give this game a positive review, and will change it if this is patched.
While this game technically allows for high framerates, it uses a vsync solution that forces the game to run at half the framerate of your monitor's refresh rate. So if you have a 90hz monitor, you're getting 45fps.
If you have a 60fps monitor, you're getting 30fps.

Really don't understand why this isn't a setting.
I love Millennium Kitchen's games, but this shouldn't be locked to 30fps when I can play their PS1 game at 60fps on the same monitor.
