This OST is gently jazzy, bubbly, plucky, and now officially bundled with Wilmot Works It Out!

Composer Eli Rainsberry cites Mort Garson and Will Wiesenfeld as inspirations, but they've also managed to masterfully expand on their Wilmot's Warehouse soundtrack. We highly recommend you check it out, and tell your favourite Postie about it too!

We think it's the perfect soundtrack for a morning walk, a comfy moment at home with a warm drink, or a dinner party with close friends.

Wilmot & the team have been fixing stuff! Here's the details.

• Fixed issue where frame customization menu would instantly close when opening
  
• Removed menu cursor navigating clicking sfx when the game is minimized
  
• Fixed issue where tooltip icons can maintain the colour scheme of a previous wall when switching rooms
  
• Fixed room selection screen being cut off in some resolutions
  
• If you back out of wall view while targeting rightmost rooms, re-entering wall view will have a rightward swing animation.
  
• Fixed issue where chosen colour scheme in a room can mismatch the color palette of puzzle frames and accessories
  
• Fixed issue where accessories render in front of Wilmot and other foreground objects in certain rooms
  
• Fixed issue where season end music wasn't affected by music volume in options
  
• Fixed sideways movements causing Wilmot to judder when controlled with gamepad
  
• Hallway wallpaper is the correct height now so Wilmot no longer wallpapers his skirting boards.

Localization and credit updates.

We are absolutely thrilled to be expanding the Wilmot-verse! Get comfy, sit back, and get ready to chill out with some puzzles and helping Wilmot make his house into a home!


How did this game come to be, and why did the team decide to expand Wilmot's world? Co-Designer Ricky Haggett reflected on the development process for us:

"We all really enjoyed the reception to Wilmot's Warehouse - people sharing their organisational systems, fan-art, theories about whether Wilmot has legs (he absolutely does)... and we also loved working with Finji, so once we finished I Am Dead, we were thinking of ways to revisit his world. During this time, we were also working on the Wilmot's Warehouse board game[www.cmyk.games] with David King and the folks at CMYK, although we had no idea at the time how close together those things would release.

Richard Hogg (Co-Designer & Artist) and I both enjoy jigsaw puzzles - in real life and online with friends. A thing we especially like is ‘no-boxing’, where you do a puzzle without ever seeing the picture on the front of the box, so you have no idea what you're making (In my opinion this is the only way to do a jigsaw). One day we had an idea that maybe the Wilmot mechanic would be a good fit for something which was a bit like no-boxing a jigsaw puzzle, so we started prototyping it, and it felt pretty good right away! It was then a case of removing things we didn't need from Wilmot's Warehouse - the various upgrades weren't necessary, and nor was Borky (sorry Borky! - although they do make an appearance in this game).

Within a month or so we had a little game that we could play, and which we were fairly confident would turn into something special with more time."

Wilmot can be found putting together puzzles on his own in the demo for Wilmot Works It Out. But he won't be lonely for long! You'll be able to unlock a little companion for him once he gets his house a bit more in order!

The nicest thing about these pets is that they don't add any stress to the game at all! They just add a little love and coziness to his house!

There are over 60 different puzzles that you'll help Wilmot put together over the course of the main game, but what can you do after you beat it? That's where Marathon Mode comes in!

You'll unlock Marathon Mode after you beat the game. Which means you can receive every single piece of every puzzle in the game in random order. You'll be able to sort, ponder, and organize to your heart's content!
