I am not sure what is causing this but no matter what i do the game softlocks in the tailing mission in chapter 3 where you follow Higashi. He is supposed to enter the arcade but never does and the game also never accepts the mission as finished. I i play on laptop on lowest settings but i never had issues like that one before. I'm not sure why Americans can't use subtitle's like normal humans. I mean I watch American shows with subtitles on at this point because it seems like there is a trend that the sound mixing in movies has to sound like actual bass blasted dog crap hitting your ears and every line of dialogue is 50 decibels below ambient sounds/music.
