I got (==TRUE) achievement just by finishing last section. But don't understand how get (!=TRUE). Anyone can help?

was the attack always decaying with no mods ? I don't recall it doing so, I know some skills do it, but I thought it stayed before.

I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, but figured it would be seen here. First off, I really enjoy the mechanics of the game. Simple, straightforward and easy to follow. A quick tutorial or help page might be of some use for the icons/stats around your character and how the math of it all works (I know some are listed as tips when you pause the game). Having the ability to turn off the Screen Effects and Scan Lines at launch is a major plus. Couple of suggestions/spelling corrections: Sound Effects...
