Does 2 still have more content with all DLC TOTAL???? Haven't been paying attention to CK much, isn't horse lords and the China DLC still missing????????

I really enjoy playing as a mercenary lord with the Mercenary Kings mod. But I wondered if there really is no way to allow mercenary forces to raid? From what I can see through threads, it seems that it is hard coded (or whatever the exact term is) and thus impossible to change or circumvent. But before I resign to my non-raiding fate, I thought I'd at least ask it here in a dedicated discussion. All replies gratefully accepted....

One thing that CK3 barely improved on over CK2 was the depth of the characters. Representing either medieval people or fantasy characters, in mods, really would benefit from characters being more distinct and having more depth.
