In my first game I have captured a skeleton city. All my other cities are human. The skeleton building progression has me confused. Can someone suggest a progression line to get to one or more spiffy skeleton units? The city has no special resources.

in your opinion is it better to have AI set to challenging or impossible when fighting the dremers? I've noticed the ai caves and starts losing ground after turn 50 or so then i get stuck trying to hold em off all by myself and get overrun

This game came out over 11 years ago and yet I still come back to it. There's a number of 4x games with far flashier graphics, however the quick load time and the delicate balance in the gameplay means I keep coming back to this one. I have more playhours in this than Warhammer: Gladius, Battletech, Age of Wonders:Planetfall and others. Any others find themselves returning to this gem over some of the more recent 4x games?...
