Should I return to the game or are the hackers still occupying the servers?

I have come across multiple players, one on which spouting on in the chat about Hitler, the Nazis, and how Jesus hates you if you're not white or American. I have several screenshots. I tell him to stop, and I immediately lose game connection and am blocked from multiplayer as "Unable to connect" errors are all I get. Is this Activision's and Treyarch's new TOS?
