ITS HAPPENING

anyone else having this issue? I've tried every compatibility fix, stopping background services and tasks that might be interfering with the game, running it as administrator, booting into safe mode then starting t6sp.exe, and more, none of it works. I've also tried launching the game through Plutonium and that didn't work either. Any fixes?...
