I bought the game recently on sale, downloaded it and it doesn't even launch. I got no problems on my PC playing basically anything but this one seems to be a hard head

some games like re4 (2005) have the same "Low Violence: Low Violence Version" warning for germany, but the devs updated the game since the warning was put on the page, meaning you get the same version as everyone else, so the warning is misleading. germany has gotten much more relaxed with violence in videogames nowadays, which is why plenty developers update the steam version to no longer be censored. is this also the case for this game? or do i have to get it elsewhere / get a key for the global version...

It's been sitting at 20€ for what seems like an eternity now. No holiday sale or any other sale ever carried over to this game.

Da die deutsche Version von SleepingDogs nicht wie die internationale Version mit Updates versorgt wurde, hat sie einige Bugs und DLCs funktionieren auch nicht richtig. Glücklicherweise existiert ein Uncut Patch, der nicht nur das Spiel gleichwertig mit der internationalen Version macht, sondern auch noch das korrekte Laden der DLCs (falls ihr welche habt) ermöglicht.
