does anyone know how to claim it? I mean I see it mentioned as dlc here on my steam files but no trace of the pack in game

edit : already buy it but the game won't launch no matter what i try (i played mw3 in gamepass before and its working flawlessly) and i refunded the game because i already try anything from internet

Dont buy modern warfare 2019 even though this game is on sale on battle net till september 23rd. This game's anti cheat sucks. Hackers everywhere, people using unlock tools to unlock everything, ESP, silent aim, soft aimbot, Hacks which dont look like people are actually hacking, wallhacks, invisibility, God mode hacks and stuff like that. Furthermore the good playlists like shoot the ship and 10v10 being removed makes the game a piece of ♥♥♥♥. I know you can play hardcore shoot the ship in this game but...
