Can you play from pc with a friend at least on local?

Are any new maps set to come out? Only having 2 maps doesn't leave much room to play this game for awhile

i wanted to play with my friend, but i only have 1 controller, but the controller and the keyboard are used to control the player 1. is there any way to change this?

I know it's currently Local only but wondering if online play is planned down the road? Either way plan on playing this soon with my SO.

no matter what we do the 2nd player ends up controlling the 1st player spot as well. tried "fixes" that I found here but nothing.. will this game ever be online multiplayer? I'd love to actually play it :/
