I've had a few customers whose timers run out (along with accompanying sound effect) while they're eating the food they've ordered. Is this a bug? or are they dining and dashing and I need to catch them?

yeah, looks so nice, and it's probably playable, yet the entire game is a mystery with absolutely zero instruction or direction and the devs aren't even answering here, there's no discord to get answers to questions immediately, and the questions i have are all so specific that they can't all just be answered by wiki or something apparently. like literally why is there no indication of what to do for so many things? i already made two posts with so many questions on them, and i don't want to open the game ...

I have gotten 3 so far because of the increased chance of getting "royal" customers but after multiple days I haven't gotten any, and the achievements saying that they were scams makes me wonder if they don't actually attract them in
