Fixed attacking a hideout while simultaneously getting attacked by an encounter causes player to be unable to move or attack
Fixed Grass Tree consuming/respawning plastic bag and string instead of attaching/detaching them. Any existing trees waiting for harvest will not return their plastic bag and string but new ones should work fine
