I'm having some issues with screen flickering while I'm playing the game. I've checked the file integrity and tried reinstalling it. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Now, I know peeps be like "Hey man, you can switch sex off." but that ain't it. I am saying that there is a wide world of sexual assault and having to suck off like two different people putting fireworks on me or stabbing me is pretty boring.
