I love to play Nancy Drew and was soo excited when this hit Steam. I did try both styles of game play, Classic and Modern, I still prefer the Classic style of movement. The puzzles were a challenge at times but I managed to nut them out, this is why I play Nancy.

I would love to play a VR version of a Nancy Drew game, fingers crossed it's somewhere in the pipeline in the future.

Looking forward to the next Nancy Drew adventure.

Meh... To me, the biggest draw of the Nancy Drew series has never been its stunning visuals, but rather its well-developed characters, witty dialogues (thinking of Minette in Danger by Design when I'm tying these... "So ~~~ rude."), and the enjoyment of a multi-threaded storyline that unfolds in a rich and engaging way, weaving in the past to create a nostalgic atmosphere. Unfortunately, since Midnight in Salem, the game's production seems to have abandoned its essence in favor of less appealing aspects (personally, I don't even need a ND name in 3D).

When I first got into the Nancy Drew games back in China, there were no official purchase channels available. To be honest, I played pirated versions back then. After moving to the U.S., I decided to repay the joy this series had brought me by purchasing the official versions directly from HeR Interactive. But now, I sort of regret spending money on the Seven Keys. This game is so... "unrude" in Minette's words.

While I think overall there could be improvements (e.g. I would have liked if you weren't as restricted to do things in a certain order, particularly since there were sometimes components which were harder to do), I do overall really like this game. The vibes have come back and honestly I loved walking around Prague a bit. I have been and they did decent in capturing the vibe of two very iconic locations.

Also guilty pleasure of alchemy (and even my two historical interests of John Dee and Edward Kelley). Which is always fun. I do love me some secret passages too. So all in all, I think this is still rated decently high in my Nancy Drew rating, at least when it comes to location design and the history.
