The food and trees logistics got so overcomplicated, especially since ice extractor only produce either nitrate OR water. It means we have to build gigantic extractor hubs in the poles to produce massive amount of water and nitates (even though we can pump water later). Then, build massive carbon extractors to produce compost. Before, we could produce food locally with waste, but now we have tro cross half the planet, and it takes twice the area....

Im sure it is already reported but just in case: It does not produce 8 rails per craft as shown but only 1

Tried out the 0.9 branch in the last few days. I really like the addition of city-specific manufacturing facilities and the space elevator concept was fun. One thing that stood out was that you're required to build the space elevator when you have ~9K people. This seemed very unrealistic. Even if we assume that population numbers are lowered by x1,000 for the sake of the simulation. The dependence on seeds from earth also seemed a bit strange. If anything I would expect Earth to send high tech material...
